Decoration Setup Duration

The decoration setup is provided for a duration of 5-6 hours maximum. After this period, our team will dismantle and collect all decor materials unless otherwise agreed upon in prior discussions with our event coordinator.

 

Stage Platform

Our charges are applicable only for the decoration setup and do not include the stage platform or its height unless it has been specifically discussed and confirmed with our event coordinator in advance. Clients are requested to please clarify this during the booking process to avoid any confusion.

Decoration Design Confirmation

Once the advance payment is made for a selected decoration setup, the design is considered final, and no modifications or changes will be allowed.
This policy ensures smooth execution and prevents disruptions in planning, procurement, and setup. In exceptional cases, change requests may be considered, subject to:
– Additional charges
– Feasibility of the modification
– Availability of materials

However, Fortune Events reserves the sole discretion to accept or decline such requests.

 

Decoration Accuracy

We strive to provide 80% to 90% accuracy in decorations as showcased on our website.
Variations may occur due to lighting conditions, venue specifications, sizes, timing, and overall ambiance.

 

Payment Policy

The balance amount must be paid on the event day immediately after the completion of the decoration and not after the event.
Our decorator will not wait until the party starts or ends for payment settlement. Prompt payment ensures a seamless experience for your event.

 

Accepted Payment Methods

NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and Post-Dated Cheques (PDC) will not be accepted as payment on the event day.
Only immediate payment modes such as Cash, IMPS, UPI, and other instant transfer methods are accepted for same-day transactions.

 

Venue Clean-Up

Our team is responsible only for decoration setup and will not clean the party venue after completing the decoration.

 

Venue Permissions & Fees

Clients must obtain all necessary permissions from the venue management in advance.
Fortune Events is not responsible for any venue charges, royalty fees, or additional venue-related costs, which must be paid directly by the client.

 

Service Delays Due to Natural Causes

Fortune Events will not be held responsible for any delays in service delivery caused by natural calamities such as rain, heavy wind, or other unforeseen events.
However, we will make every effort to deliver the service on time.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

In case of rain, hail, natural disasters, or government restrictions, only rescheduling is allowed. Cancellations are not permitted.
